London Broil
I once has the idea that if I buy a roast or some large chunck of meat, then I could cook it and eat for a few days. It worked pretty well.
Ingrdients
- 2lbs. London Broil
- Italian Marianade
Tools
- 6x9 Deep Pan
- Aluminum Foil
- Broiler
- Meat Thermometer
Directions
- Line 6x9 Deep Pan with foil - by deep I mean 2" or better
- Place meat flat and centered in pan
- Pour Mariande over meat, leaving about 1/2" from top of pan
- Cover with foil
- Refridgerate for at least 6 hours, I did mine for 24
- Turn on broiler
- Place pan in broiler for about 15 minutes, or until meat reaches 170 dregrees
- Slice thin and serve
